Shipping Policy

ORDERING / SHIPPING 

We currently ship only in the US.

Processing time: 

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Please allow 3-7 business days after 42-72 hour processing time for all orders, before it is dispatched with the selected courier. 

Shipping times are Monday-Thursday. Any orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed during normal business shipping hours. 

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

We will do our best to make sure that we meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. All delivery times will depend on the shipping courier, once the package is scanned at courier location it is out of our control. 

Once your order has been place and processed, you will receive a email notification with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

When the package leaves Julia Louise Collection LLC and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the company is no longer responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, re-routes, multiple delivery access attempts or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays of your package. 

All orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping.
